CM lauds sacrifices of Buner people DAGGAR: Khyber Pakhtunkhwa Chief Minister Ameer Haider Hoti on Wednesday lauded the sacrifices rendered by the people of Buner
district against militants.
Addressing a jirga of the elders in Sultanwas during his one-day visit to Buner district,
he said the provincial government would provide all possible cooperation to the people affected by militancy in the district.
He said that Rs6.5 billion would be spent on the reconstruction in Malakand division.
The chief minister said that
Sultanwas would have 10 per cent share in the government jobs in the district. He also asked the people to register their
unlicensed arms with the administration, which would be returned to them after issuance of permit.

Hoti said the distribution of compensation cheques would be started in Buner district in 15 to 20 days.
Earlier,
the CM distributed cheques to the relatives of the martyrs and owners of the houses damaged in the military operation and
militancy.
