Govt. provides equipments and necessary furniture to girls Degree College, girls high school Totalai PESHAWAR: In order to provide better educational facilities to the students, government has provided equipments and necessary
furniture’s to girls Degree College and government girls high school Totalai, while rehabilitation of link road and
street pavement schemes have also completed in district Buner. These schemes would benefit thousands of students and locals
in the area. A press release issued by Malakand development Program (MDP) on Friday stated that in these schemes Government
girls Degree College has rehabilitated by providing 300 students chairs, 30 revolving chairs, nine computer tables, one computer,
printer, fax machine, stabilizer, six tables and 30 chairs for cafeteria, 10 wooden cupboards and 10 electric heaters were
provided to the college. While 20 wooden beds for teachers, 20 mattresses, 50 steel folding beds for students, 30 chairs for
dinning hall, three washing machine, TV and one refrigerator were provided for college hostel. This will benefit more
than 479 students and 20 teachers of the college. Government girl’s high school Totalai has also rehabilitated with
the provision of classrooms, computers laboratory, furniture, fans, white washing and other minor repairs. Press release added
that 309 meters long and four meter wide plain concrete cement link road in Bajkatta village has also rehabilitated along
with retaining wall while a 564 meter long street pavement scheme has also completed in Hal village of Daggar Buner. These
four schemes would benefit more than 12 thousand locals in the area.
