PESHAWAR/F.P. Report: The Hon’ble Chief Justice and Judges of Peshawar High Court have ordered the postings/transfers of the following Judicial Officers in the public interest with immediate effect. According to detail; Shamsher Ali Khan, District & Sessions Judge/Member Inspection Team Peshawar has been transferred and posted as OSD, Peshawar High Court Peshawar while in his place Zafar Iqbal District & Sessions Judge/Zilla Qazi Chitral has been transferred and posted as Member Inspection Team Peshwar High Court, Peshawar. Similarly,
Sahibzada Khurshid Ahmad, District & Sessions Judge/Additional Registrar (Judl) Peshawar has been transferred and posted as OSD Peshawar High Court Peshawar and Sharif Ahmad, District & Sessions Judge/Zilla Qazi Buner transferred and posted as Additional Registrar (Judl), Peshawar High Court Peshawar, Mrs. Sofia Waqar Khattak, Addl. District & Sessions Judge Lakki Marwat transferred and posted as Secretary to Chief Justice Peshawar High Court Peshawar against the vacant post.Rajab Ali Khan, Addl. District & Sessions Judge Tangi (Charsadda) transferred and posted as Additional District & Sessions Judge Lakki Marwat, while his predecessor Fazal Sattar, Addl. District & Sessions Judge transferred and posted as Additional District & Sessions Judge Tangi Charsadda.
